The 5th Annual Harbor Harvest Festival looks to be another great family event. This Saturday October 20th from 10AM to 2PM on West Shore Park at the Inner Harbor, you'll find the IKEA urban pumpkin patch, a hay maze, petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, pumpkin decorating, live music, food, and drinks.
