After the Port of Baltimore decided not to pay the $116,000 for this years fireworks show (Why again guys? The port had a banner year), several businesses chipped in to fill the void. A special thanks to the Baltimore Sun, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, and numerous other businesses for stepping forward to fund an event that brings over 100,000 people and an estimated $6.9 Million into the city every year. So go ahead and give a call to that friend with a roof-top deck, and make sure to buy some champagne!
