Just outside of Annapolis (and 45 mins outside of Baltimore) are the Lights on the bay, hosted by Sandy Point State Park. For $14 per vehicle, you can drive through over 60 lighted displays (all while staying warm). The display is open every night until the new year from 5PM-10PM with the exception of Christmas and NYE.
