This Sunday, March 16th, the bagpipes will be singing down Charles Street. The 59th annual St Patrick's Day Parade is an event that helps Baltimoreans usher in Spring with music, dancing, and plenty of green. Show up early and pick out a good spot between the Washington Monument and the Inner Harbor. The parade itself starts at 2PM, but the Shamrock 5k will be running on the street at 1:15PM and you can check out the Shamrock Shindig beforehand as well.
