While there's a 60% chance of rain tonight, the free concert put on by WTMD in Mount Vernon will most likely be on. WTMD states "The Concert will only be cancelled if rain, or threat of rain is heavy enough to pose an imminent or immediate health threat either to the audience or the performers. In other words, we’ll get wet if we have to—but we aren’t going to find out if the stage is a lightning rod."
