Saturday September 29th provides a great opportunity to go check out a few museums completely FREE. The museums are participating in Museum Day from the Smithsonian. Make sure to go HERE and get your pass emailed to you that grants you free admission. Here are the museums that usually charge admission that are free on the 29th:
- American Visionary Arts Museum (usually $10)
- B&O railroad Museum (usually $16)
- Baltimore Museum of Industry (usually $12)
- Maryland Historical Society (usually $6)
- Carroll Museum (usually $5)
- National Museum of Dentistry (usually $7)
- Mount Clare Museum (usually $6)
- Homewood Museum (usually $8)

Update: It's been pointed out that the pass you print up is good for only a single museum on Free Museum Day. Make sure you to visit the Smithsonian site listed above to get your free pass (which you print up). Without a pass, you won't get your free admission! Here are the FAQs for more info.
