Updated O's on Twitter List

As we enter the last month of the season, you may be wondering what the Oriole players are thinking as they fight for a playoff spot.  Here's your updated list with a quick run-down on what to expect from each person.

Go Sailing on the Pride of Baltimore

The Pride of Baltimore II is in the Inner Harbor until September 10th.  With the weather getting cooler, what better way to spend the day then by going out on her for a sail?  Trips out are $45 for adults and $30 for children under the age of 13.  If sailing isn't your thing, make sure to stop by and go aboard for free during times listed as "Ship Tour" on their official website.

Race to Little Italy!

Little Italy is getting in on the Grand Prix spirit by transforming their neighborhood into one big party zone.  South High street will be closed off and the restaurants will spill out into them with live wandering music, race-cars (not racing I hope), and outdoor movies playing throughout the night.

McCormick World of Flavors is Open! (Pictures)

McCormick opened it's World of Flavors store at the Inner Harbor today and it's fantastic.  It's hard not to get that same feeling you had running into a candy store as a kid.  McCormick decided not to stop at just a store though, and made this a full spice experience.  From interactive company and Baltimore history lessons to a demonstration kitchen (where they were baking fresh cookies), there's a ton to see and do.

Week Pass at the National Aquarium

While it's been a bit under the radar, the National Aquarium in Baltimore has an AMAZING deal this week. If you buy admission to the Aquarium this week, it's good for the entire week.  You'll not see a similar deal any other time of the year.  Why is this such a good deal?  The Baltimore Grand Prix closes up several key streets around the Aquarium, so they expect lower attendance.  If you're able to walk or bike to the Aquarium though, it makes for the perfect place to go (if you don't want to watch the race, that is).  Get your tickets here!

On Saturday September 8th, teams will compete in the Inner Harbor to be able to hoist the Dragon cup.  What's Dragon boat racing you say?  Boat are 41 feet long, but only 45 inches wide.  Teams of 20 rowers are accompanied by a drummer and steerer.  675 racers participated last time, making it a very impressive event.  The races are a blast to watch (not to mention free to see), and the benefits Catholic Charities.  More information can be found at the official site here.

New Circulator App is Out

If you haven't already, it's time to update the Charm City Circulator application for your Android or iPhone.  Click Here for the new Android app or Click Here for the new iPhone app.  It now includes all four routes (instead of the two previously), plus a very navigable map for seeing where those stops are located.  Well worth the download, even if you're just visiting Baltimore.
